internal services: Wi-Fi Internet, satellite TV, pots, crockery, coffee maker, toaster, four burners, extractor hood, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, towels, pool towels, linen and heating. On request, cots and high chairs can be provided
external services: a section of garden with umbrella, table and chairs
shared external services: a garden provided with gazebo, deck chairs, sunbeds, umbrellas, a barbecue, swimming pool (open from 9 am to sunset – May to September), outdoor showers, free parking area (unattended)
the price includes: water, electricity, gas (kitchen), weekly linen change
the price does not include the cost of final cleaning (€ 100). The cost for gas for heating use is excluded, to be applied according to consumption (€ 4 cu.m.)
tourist tax is excluded (currently not applied)
deposit to be paid upon booking 30%*
deposit to be paid on arrival € 200 (to be returned after inspection of the apartment)
check-in: Saturday from 3 pm to 7 pm / check-out: Saturday before 10 am
Animals are not permitted

*The remaining 70% is to be paid 20 days before check-in, otherwise the reservation will be cancelled and the deposit retained. In the event that the future guest cancels the reservation before ninety (90) days from the scheduled arrival date, they will forfeit a penalty of 30% of the total deposit. Cancellations made before sixty (60) days from the scheduled arrival date will forfeit a penalty of 80% of the total deposit. Cancellations made after these deadlines result in forfeiture of the entire amount of the deposit or of the expected fee.
